8. Nomination in case of minor
.-While making nomination in favour of a minor, the sole holder of the Government security or all the joint holders together, as the case may be, may appoint another individual not being a minor, to receive the proceeds of the Government security on behalf of the nominee in the event of the death of the sole holder or all the joint holders during the minority of the nominee, as the case may be.
