- In section 196D of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), for the words, brackets, letters and figures "any income in respect of securities referred to in clause (a) of subsection (I) of section 115AD is payable", the words, brackets, letters and figures "any income in respect of securities referred to in clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 115AD, not being income by way of interest referred to in section 194LD, is payable" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of June, 2013.
