Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents not to reject Exhibit P2 application for
renewal of registration under the FCRA, till the disposal of the writ
petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
12-09-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LATHA ANAND,
M.N.RADHAKRISHNA MENON & S.VISHNU (ARIKKATTIL), Advocates for the
petitioner and of SRI.S.KRISHNA Advocates for the respondents, the court
passed the following:
ORDER
Interim order is extended by two months.
Post on 13-11-2024 as per roster for hearing.
