Section 3(4) in Delhi District Courts Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012
(4)The persons, who, immediately before the commencement of these rules are holding any of the posts specified in Schedule A to these rules, shall bedeemed to have been appointed to the respective Group of the service in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
