Section 6(c) in Haryana Service of Engineers, Group A, Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Department Act, 2010
(c)is a person with a satisfactory character and antecedents, verification in respect of which shall be arranged through appropriate Government agency, except in case where such verification may have already been made at the time of his entry into Government service;
