It has been pointed out by Mr. Saikrishna Rajgopal, learned counsel for the appellant, that against the impugned judgement dated 07.07.2021, passed by the learned Single Judge, another appeal has been preferred i.e., FAO (OS) (COMM) 102/2021, titled Natco Pharma Limited vs. FMC Corporation & Anr.
2.1. In this context, our attention has been drawn to the order dated 06.08.2021, which is appended as Annexure-A2, on page 234 of the case file.
3. A perusal of the said order discloses that notice in the aforementioned appeal has been issued.
3.1. Accordingly, issue notice in the above-captioned appeal and the pending applications. Counsel for the respondents, named above, accept service.
4. List the matter on 20.09.2021, at 2:30 P.M., before the same Bench, which is hearing FAO (OS) (COMM) 102/2021, subject to the orders of the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
