Section 27(1) in The Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006
(1)with prior permission from the State Government and in accordance with the provisions of College Code Statute No. 28. However, the application for permission shall be routed through the concerned University.
