Section 2 in The Bombay Essential Commodities and Cattle (Control) Act, 1958
2. Definitions.
- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"cattle" means any of the animals specified in Part II of the Schedule;(b)"essential commodity" means a commodity specified in Part I of the Schedule;(c)"notified order" means an order notified in the Official Gazette.
