Section 7(6) in The Central Road Fund (State Roads) Rules, 2007
(6)The schemes under State roads of inter-State connectivity and State roads of economic importance shall be covered to the extent of-(a)ten per cent. of the allocation for State roads;(b)roads or bridge projects of inter-State connectivity shall be fully funded from the Fund;(c)projects of economic importance shall be funded by the Fund to the extent of fifty per cent. of the approved project cost.
