No Sender registered for making commercial communication shall initiate calls with an Auto dialer that may result in silent or abandoned calls.Provided that the sender has notified the originating access provider in advance about the use of the auto dialer and taken steps to maintain abandoned calls within limits provided for in these regulations or Code(s) of Practice.
