Section 7(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Central Recordkeeping Agency) Regulations, 2015
(1)While considering the application, the information furnished by the applicant and its eligibility, the Authority may, if it so desires, verify the information in any manner it deems necessary, which may include physical verification of documents, office space and inspect the availability of office space, infrastructure and technological support which the applicant is required to have.
