Section 39(1) in Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur Act, 2002
(1)Every affiliated college, recognized institution and approved institution shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Academic Council may require to enable it to judge the efficiency of the college or institution.
