Section 2 in The Maharashtra Chit Funds Rules, 1976
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise re-quires:-(a)"Act" means the Maharashtra Chit Funds Act 1974 (Maharashtra LV of 1974):(b)"Form" means a form in Appendix I to these rules;(c)"Section" means a section of the Act;(d)Words and expressions used in these rules but not defined shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
