Section 10(a) in Karnataka Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners' Registration and Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Rules, 1964
(a)that the number of candidates who have been duly nominated but who have not withdrawn their candidatures is equal to the number of members to be elected, he shall forthwith declare all such candidates to be duty elected to fill those seats; or
