Section 111 in The National Security Guard Rules, 1987
111. Presence throughout of all members of Court.
(1)A member of a court who has been absent while any part of the evidence on the trial of an accused person is taken, shall take no further part in the trial by that court of that person, but the court will not be affected unless it is reduced below the legal minimum.(2)An officer shall not be added to a Court after the accused has been arraigned.
