Section 20 in Andhra Pradesh Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2016

20. Authorities of the University.

- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely: -

(a)The Governing Body;

(b)The Board of Management;

(c)The Academic Council; and

(d)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
