Section 2(1)(k) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010

(k)"Family" means and includes the spouse of the officer or employee (if the spouse is also not the officer or employee of the Bank) and children, parents, brothers and sisters of the officer or employee wholly dependent on the officer or employee but shall not include a legally separated spouse;
