Section 7(1) in Schedule for Retail Tariff Rates and Terms and Condition of Supply for FY, 2006-07
1.0Applicability - This tariff is for connection of temporary nature. The applicability shall be as given in the respective category tariff rate schedule.Temporary supply cannot be claimed by a prospective consumer as a matter of right but will normally be arranged by the Board when a requisition is made giving due notice subject to technical feasibility and in accordance with electricity supply code issued by the Commission.
