Section 66A(4)(i) in The M.P. Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1962

(i)Where immovable property has been transferred by lease by Sale Officer, any person either owning such property or holding an interest there in by virtue of a title acquired before such transfer may apply to have the transfer set aside on his depositing with the Recovery Officer:-
