103. Deposit of expenses of Commission.
- Except in criminal cases, no commission may be issued by the Court unless the party at whose instance or for whose benefit such commission is to be issued has deposited with the cashier within such time as may be fixed, such sum as the Court may consider reasonable for the expenses of the commission.Section G-Furnishing of Security
