Section 1 in Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This order may be called the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh.(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the "Chhattisgarh Gazette".
