None appeared for the respondents. From the order dated September 2, 2022 it appeared that, time to file report by the respondent nos. 4 and 5 was extended. No such report has come.
For the ends of justice, time to file report in the form of an affidavit by the respondent nos. 4 and 5 is peremptorily extended till June 30, 2023 upon a copy being served on Mr. Ashis Kumar Chowdhury, learned advocate for the petitioner.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to use her exception affidavit to such report on or before July 25, 2023.
ACO The writ petition shall appear under the heading "Motion (Higher Secondary)" in the Combined Monthly List of August 2023.
The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the respondent nos. 4 and 5 and also upon Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra, learned counsel who appeared 2 in the matter and shall file an affidavit-of-service when the matter shall be taken up next.
