Section 78 in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
78. Permission for undertaking work and acceptance of fee.
-A teacher of the University may be permitted to perform the specified service or series of services for a private person or body or for a public body and to receive a remuneration therefor, if this can be done without detriment to his legitimate duties and responsibilities of the concerned teacher of the University. No teacher of the University shall undertake work for a private or public body or a private person, or accept a fee therefor without the sanction of the Committee.
