(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Mody Institute of Technology and Science Society, New Delhi, a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Central Act No. 21 of 1860) at Registration No. S-48366 of 2004 dated 20.2.2004 in the office of Registrar of Societies, Government of N.C.T. of Delhi;
