2. Ld. Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that all Defendants except Defendant No. 20 (new Defendant No. 8) have been served.
3. In respect of Defendant No. 8 - Sukanti Mohapatra, it is submitted that the infringing website run by Defendant No. 8 on which the infringing goods were available has now been removed. Further, the Plaintiff is unable to serve This is a digitally signed order.
