Section 43 in The Maharashtra State Council of Examinations Act, 1998
43. Chairperson, members, officers and employees of Council to be public servants.
- The Chairperson, all members, officers and employees of the Council shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
