1. In the above Writ Petition, on 5 th March, 2026, an Order was passed directing the Corporation to file their Affidavit-in-Reply, if any, on or before 26th March, 2026. By the said Order we had also granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (g) of the Petition. Thereafter, by an Order dated 25th March, 2026, the time to file Affidavit-in-Reply on behalf of the Corporation was extended up to today, namely 8th April, 2026.

2. Today the matter is mentioned because the Corporation requires further three weeks to file their Affidavit-in-Reply. Acceding to the request of Page 1 of 2 APRIL 8, 2026 Mansi shelke ::: Uploaded on - 09/04/2026 ::: Downloaded on - 09/04/2026 22:20:42 ::: p1-wp(l)-6561-2026.doc the Corporation, we direct that the Affidavit-in-Reply, if any, shall be filed on or before 29th April, 2026 and a copy of the same shall be served on the Advocates for the Petitioner. If the Petitioner wants to file an Affidavit-in- Rejoinder, it is free to do so on or before 7th May 2026 and serve a copy on the Advocates for the Respondents.

3. We now place the above Writ Petition for directions on 11 th June, 2026. The ad-interim relief granted earlier shall now continue until further Orders.
