(2)Monthly payment of cost price to contractor. - The contractor shall be entitled to receive monthly the total amount deposited in his favour as cost price during the preceding month. The amount due from the contractor as distillery fees and godown rent may be paid by deduction from the amount of cost price which is refunded to him.
