Section 70(1) in The Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)Every Special Area Development Authority shall have its own fund and all receipt of that authority shall be credited thereto and all payments of that authority shall be made therefrom.
