Section 19(2) in The Assam Accounts Service Rules, 1963
(2)The Selection Board for considering promotion shall be constituted with the following members, namely-(a)Secretary, Finance or his-nominee Chairman;(b)Director of Accounts and Treasuries Member-Secretary;(c)Finance and Accounts Officer-Member office of the Director of Accounts and Treasuries Member.
