19. Allocation and apportionment of components of annual charges to system operation function and market operation function.
(1)Annual charges towards State system operation function shall comprise 80% of the annual charges.(2)Annual charges towards intra-State market operation function shall comprise the balance 20% of annual charges.(3)The ratio of allocation of annual charges to system operation charges and market operation charges may be reviewed and decided by the Commission from time to time.
