Section 40(2)(b) in Gujarat Khar Lands Act, 1963

(b)the rules made under the said Act and in forcer immediately before, the appointed day shall in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be made under this Act in relation to the whole, of the State, and shall continue in force accordingly unless and until they are superseded under this Act.
