Section 40(1) in The UTTAR PRADESH POLICE AND FORENSIC SCIENCE UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall have in addition to all other powers vested in it, the power to make regulations to provide for theadministration and management of the affairs of the University.
