For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the Respondents concerned (Respondent No. 4 in particularly) to make payment of compensation amount against the landed property of petitioner situated in Mouza- Tribhuna No. 680, Khata No. 6, Plot Nos. 400, 401, 402, 404, 406,408 and 409 for construction of Road from Chitra to Sarsa within the District of Deoghar the aforesaid land had been acquire in the year 2017-18 but till the date the compensation amount of land has not been paid to the petitioner".
AND/OR For issuance of any other writ(s)/ order(s)/direction(s) directed to the respondents to pay the compensation amount with interest and cost of litigation
2. In view of the statement made in para 29 of the counter affidavit dated 12.06.2025 filed by the Respondent no. 5 wherein it is stated that compensation would have arisen in the case when land 1 W.P.(C) No. 3641 of 2025 2025:JHHC:21242 acquisition proceedings for widening of ROW to 15 meters would have been started, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent State is present and has no objection.
4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
