Section 14(4) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(4)The Comptroller shall manage the property,finances and the investments of the University and tender advise in regard to its financial policy. He/She shall be responsible for the preparation of the budget and statement of accounts for presentation to the Vice-Chancellor.
