Section 181(g) in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
(g)store places are so constructed that-(i)there is no risk of structural steel or prefabricated parts falling or overturning;(ii)storage conditions generally ensue stability and avoid damage having regard to the method of storage and atmospheric conditions; and(iii)racks are set on firm ground and designed so that units cannot move, accidentally in such store places;
