Section 47 in The Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962
47. Restrictions on persons appearing as legal practitioners.
- Any officer of a society who appears as a legal practitioner in any legal proceeding against such society or against any other society which is a member of the former society shall be deemed to have vacated his office in the society.
