Section 21 in The Bombay Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
21. Levy of fees.
- The State Government may charge fees-(a)for the grant of licences under section 13, for the manufacture, repair or sale of commercial weights and measures and weighing and measuring instruments, and(b)for the verification, marking, stamping and adjustment of commercial weights and measures and weighing and measuring instruments, as may be prescribed.
