17. Finance and Accounts Officer.
(1)The Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the University in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the regulations.(2)The powers and functions of the Finance and Account Officer shall be as may be prescribed by Regulations.
