Section 527(6)(g) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980

(g)facilities for storage, preparation and cooking of food and for the disposal of rubbish, filth and other polluted matter end the building shall be deemed to be unfit as aforesaid if and only if ,t is so defective in one or more of the matters as aforesaid that it is not reasonably suitable for occupation in that condition.
