Record of the courts below be requisitioned with a further information from the trial court, with respect to deposit of amount of compensation, if any, by the petitioner at any point of time.
Cr.MP No. 2310 of 2019 Heard. Substantive sentence imposed upon the petitioner vide judgment dated 12.06.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Court No.1, Solan in criminal case No. 91/3 of 2014, titled as The Himachal Co-operative Non- Agricultural Thrift and Credit Society Versus Mahender Chauhan, affirmed by learned Sessions Judge, Solan vide judgment dated 30.10.2019 passed in Criminal appeal No. 33-S/10 of 2019 Titled as Mahender Chauhan Versus The Himachal Pradesh Non Agricultural Thrift and Credit Society Ltd. is suspended during pendency of the petition, subject to furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- ( Rs. Fifty thousand only) by the petitioner with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court within six weeks, undertaking therein to appear before this Court as and when directed to do so and also to surrender for serving the sentence imposed in case of dismissal of present petition , and also subject to deposit of entire compensation amount, after deducting the amount, if any, deposited in the trial court ::: Downloaded on - 13/12/2019 21:10:00 :::HCHP within six weeks.
