428. Communication between Jail Employees and prisoners, their relatives or friends.
- No member of Prison Establishment shall correspond or hold any unauthorized discussion with the friend or relatives of any prisoner. He shall not make any improper communication regarding the prison to any person unconnected with the department including released prisoners, his relatives and friends.
