(4)Every member of the Board, who is not a servant of the Government, attending the meeting of the Board shall be entitled to sitting allowance, travelling allowance, daily allowance and such other allowances as are applicable to nonofficial members of the Commissions and Committees of the Central Government attending the meetings of such Commission or Committee.
