Section 25(6) in Jodhpur Development Authority Act, 2009
(6)Upon coming into operation of any modified Plan, any reference in any other section except in the foregoing sections of this Chapter, to the Master Development Plan or to the Zonal Development Plan shall be construed as a reference to the Master Development Plan or as the case may be a Zonal Development Plan as modified under the provisions of this section.
