Section 6(iv) in Rules for Rate Contract with Small Scale Industries of Orissa registered with the Directorate of EP&M, Orissa
(iv)Rate Contract shall be refused by the Director in respect of any Small Scale Industry where the results of the test do not conform to the minimum quality/standard specifications.
