Section 17(2) in Rules for the Election of Members including the President and the Vice-President of the Rajasthan Pharmacy Council and the Members of the executive committee of the said council, 1968
(2)The Chairman of the meeting shall not ordinarily exercise any vote in the election of the President, but shall in the case of an equality of votes, have and exercise a casting vote.
