Section 23(1) in Tamil Nadu Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1971
(1)Where several persons claim to be interested in the amount of compensation determined, the prescribed authority shall determine the persons who in its opinion are entitled to receive compensation and the amount payable to each of them.
