Section 64(1)(iv) in The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Specified Commodities Markets (Regulation of Location) Act, 1983

(iv)when the offence under clause (a) is a continuing one, after first conviction, with a further daily fine not exceeding one hundred rupees during the period of continuance of the offence.
