Section 70B(1) in Karnataka Housing Board Act, 1962
(1)The Board may require the Housing Commissioner to furnish it with,-(a)any return, statement, estimate, statistics or other information regarding any matter pertaining to the administration of this Act;(b)a report on any such matter; and(c)a copy of any document in his charge.
