403. Officers of the Indian Army Service Corps responsible for supply of carriage.
- As a rule the officers of the Indian Army Service Corps supply all carriage needed by troops on the march, making their own arrangements, if possible, but applying to the civil authorities for such assistance as they need. When the aid of the civil authorities is required, the following rules will be observed.
